Prints and sheer

There's a lot of things going on with this outfit but I like the outcome. There is the multi coloured snake print bomber jacket, the sheer cross dress, the sparkly cycling shorts underneath that you can't see too well but they have a silver Lurex look, yellow and black Vans and my beloved yellow Alexander Wang bag. The main tones being black, yellow and purple which I think work really well together.
Coco and I are just enjoying the sun, hanging out, chilling. :-)

Birthday present

I'm sooooooooo happy with what I got for my Birthday, one thing being the Alexander Wang Diego bucket bag in neon yellow. I love everything about it from the studs at the bottom to the pebbled leather, the colour and the shape. I'm a very happy girl and you will be seeing it many more times on many more posts. Happy Weekend.

My BirthDAY

I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. It's my birthday today and I have spent the whole day with family. We started off the day going to Rockingham Castle, around the grounds looking at the amazing views and gardens, so picturesque. We then went onto Uppingham where my brothers new salon is opening and we walked around the beautiful village in and out of lovely little boutiques and Antique stores. There I found a gorgeous Chanel brooch, you can imagine my excitement, I love it. We then went for some lunch at Don Paddys, a lovely restaurant\lounge where I had a carvery. It's a really really nice place to eat, friendly staff and great food with a great atmosphere.
There isn't a full body shot of me in these pics however I do show you a close up of my amazing new Lurex trousers from Nasty Gal. I love trousers finding jeans so uncomfortable and leggings occasionally a little under dressy so these are perfect for me, got to love a little sparkle :-D
My brother makes a bit of an appearance in today's post :-)

Fun in the sun

I started yesterday at my brothers new salon that will be opening soon in Uppingham. I hadn't been for a while and it's looking amazing. My dad has done such a great job, I'm particularly looking forward to seeing the garden, yep he is having a decking area with a station for cutting hair outside, such a cool idea.
After this we went for lunch in Rockingham, this is another local village which is so picturesque with a beautiful castle. After lunch went to the grounds of the castle for a summer fair. There, there were animals, food marque, craft marque, stalls, Punch and Judy and this cute little car pictured below that was driving around the place, it was lovely.
I then went onto a charity event at my boyfriends cricket team ground. Such a brilliant weekend.
I wore amazing Mink Pink shorts available from my online store cocodeville.co.uk, this cami was the perfect item to team with it that I have been wearing a lot recently because it works so well with many things, and its just so hot that it keeps me cool. These sandals I have had for years, my boyfriend actually brought them for me in London from Office when I had sore feet and needed to wear some flats. Thanks Andy :-)

Nail art

A short post to show you my new nail art. Love a bit of monochrome and I'm loving how these have turned out... I didn't do them my self :-/ I don't think I have a steady enough hand but the result is brill. What do you think of them?

Summer evenings

Morninggggggg, this is what I decided to wear last night just for a casual chilled evening. I'm loving this simple cami from Newlook, it's one of those tops that you can put with something that has a little more detail such as these printed trousers so that it keeps the attention on the trousers and doesn't look like too much is going on (when your wanting to go for a simple look).
Talking of the trousers they are great for this weather we are having, a thin, soft material that are quite cool for this heat. They have an elasticated waist band so you can wear them high waisted or on your hips and I love them.
The sandals are a new purchase from Asos and were in the sale, I love the metal plague across the front and the tiny  heel with the mirrored effect underneath. I spend too much of my time in heavy black ankle boots so its nice to wear feminine footwear for a change.
Coco says hi :-).

Caught in a net

Hi guys this is just a mini post to show my appreciation for the website sheinside.com. I have never purchased from there before and now I can say I have and I check their new stock every day. Its a great place to shop online with fab prices fab styles in keeping with the latest trends at cheaper prices, create their own designs and a very easy way to shop. It may take a little longer to receive your items than the likes of Asos but I can assure you, it's brill and worth the wait, one of my my new favourite places to shop.
This netted shirt in the picture below is from sheinside.com and I also ordered more items that are just as fab. Check it out if you haven't already.

Edible flower Popsicles

Hi guys so this is a first for me, a post about food. I just thought I had to share it with you as I loved them so much and so simple to create. The perfect treat for a super girly picnic with your girlfriends.
The recipe and method are below but I'm sure you could tweak the ingredients to suit you. I'm definitely going to have a go at these and try to come up with a few of my own.

Sunday shopping

Sundays are not a day of rest for me, I love to go shopping, especially with my mum where we can take a casual walk round, stop off for some lunch and just see what the shops are offering. I didn't particularly go for anything other than some Ren under eye cream :-). Turning 27 this month so the anti wrinkle regime is more important now than ever :-D. I ended up purchasing some new nail polish too that you can see below. Love the result.
I decided to wear my skorts with a striped cropped knit with my Fedora and new Hightops. For years I have loved a monochrome outfit and yesterday was no different.
