Clashing and floating

Love my new two layer Zara shorts, the two clashing prints work really well and is what caught my eye in the first place, combined with the floaty material. The top layer is tartan and the second is a beautiful flower print. Zara also has a dress with both of these prints which I would absolutely love too.
Today I spent it with my mum and brother. We visited the Vivienne Westwood store that's not too far from where we live and then had a lovely lunch. The reason for the visit to Vivienne Westwood was because my brother is up for the entrepreneur of the year award within the salon industry and the awards night is in London and taking place at the Natural History Museum. A three course meal, drinks etc so he wanted a new shirt for the occasion . He found a lovely blue and white stripe one so he is set to go. I have a new Virgos Lounge dress which I think I'm going to wear so keep an eye peeled for that :-) I will be blogging about the night. Fingers crossed my brother wins... He definitely deserves it, with having three successful salons rammed with happy clients every day. Good luck Paul.

Girls night

Last night me and a couple of friends headed out for a few drinks. I decided to wear the Michael Kors T shirt that my friends brought me for my Birthday. It was actually picked by my friend Laura (the one with brown hair) who recently went to New York to visit her boyfriend and returned with this beauty. She knows me well, monochrome, sequins and a T shirt... Perfect. I wore it with some basic Black shorts and my Zara heels.
Happy weekend every one.

Lime and Lace

This is my outfit I wore today. I purchased it yesterday on my shopping trip to Nottingham with my brother. The top and skirt were complete bargains and came to £12 from Ark clothing. They went perfectly together with the hints of lime and love the hint through the lace it's so subtle but works so well with the ombre lime skirt. Very happy with this purchase as you can maybe tell :-D love a bargain. My beloved blazer that you have seen so much on the blog was around £3 I brought a few years ago from Tesco kids school uniform range so all in all a very cheap outfit but love it. The boots I brought recently from Topshop, I absolutely love them, they are narrow enough to be a little more delicate than my other boots but still have the edginess with the buckles and clumpy heel, perfect boots to me.
Enjoy your week Huns.

It's Friday!!!

Hi guys, today has been a day of shopping with my mum. I always have a lovely day when I spend it with my mum shopping around and going for lunch.
I chose to wear my new knit that I purchased from which I love and black shorts which go with everything and I wore my leather jacket by the Ragged Priest. I hope you had a lovely day too.

Sheer sheerness

I went out to a local wine bar last night in a all black outfit. I chose to wear these new trousers I purchased from Zara with sheer panels at the bottom which are amazing and a black crop which also included sheer panels, I thought they went well together. I put on my Grandads belt and my black pointy heels and I was ready to go.
