Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween everyone, I hope your eating toffee apples and carving pumpkins as I was last night :).
As I'm not a huge fan of fancy dress I decided to create a post of a Halloween inspired outfit. Of course the main colour being black... The only colour ha.
I thought the black vinyl skirt with the black lace definitely created a Halloween look teaming them with Alexander McQueen accessories. As I'm sure you know, skulls play a huge part in the Alexander McQueen brand and therefore the perfect choice to add a little more halloweeny-ness to the outfit. The bag, the ring and the heels are all Alexander McQueen and the skirt is Topshop. The top is unknown but you can find similar ones on asos.com.
Whether your dressing up or doing a Halloween inspiration look like this, I hope you enjoy your self.

Sunday fun

Sunday was a lovely day, it's been so long that all of the girls got together so we went for a Mexican. There was lots of catching up to do as we are all busy people so there's always new things to tell and hear. I wore my new Zara dress and really love it.

Zara

How amazing are Zara's look books. I have always been a fan of Zara but recently they have definitely serpassed themselves. I'm loving the navy and black combos, the lingerie inspired dresses, skirts, shorts and cami's. I love all the winter colours. Their bags are amazing too at the moment, every time I go in and I'm picking up hangers and making my way to the changing room. I have a few new Zara items that I haven't worn yet so they will be on the blog very soon, and perhaps another trip to the store is due ;)

Coming up!

Morning guys
Some of you won't know this but as well as having my online clothing store cocodeville.co.uk I'm actually a dance teacher and have my own dance school called Beat Project Dance Company. I'm very busy at the moment as I have my huge show on Saturday, it's the biggest one in the year with all of my classes coming together and performing all of their routines that I have taught them through out the year.
I will try and do some outfit posts but I'm pretty much in hoodies joggers and trainers with teaching so much at the moment. I will post pics of the show so you can see just what I do but for now I better get back to business.

Newby's

Happy Sunday everyone. I just thought I would show you another selection of my most recent purchases. I'm definitely not usually a brown kind of girl but I caught sight of this dress, tried it on and loved it and thought that this hat complements it perfectly, along with some dark lipstick from Mac. I'm in love with these boots by Kurt Geiger. I'm a little obsessed with how high ankle boots go up on my leg. Too high and it isn't flattering on me and too low and they just don't seem like an ankle boot. These are perfect and with the gold chain across the front... Perfect. Hope you all have a lovely day :)

Recent purchases.

Hi guys, thought I would do a post that shows you some of my recent purchases.
I'm really loving navy at the moment and this top from Zara has navy and black together so I can wear with my fave black skinny jeans and navy accessories. I have always felt black and navy can't go together but with this top I feel I can mix it up.
I love this Accessorize fedora hat, a lovely alternative to my many black ones.
What do you think of the outfit?

A lovely evening

Saturday night my friend and I decided to try a night out in a town we have never been to before. We had a really lovely night, nice bars, good music and a great vibe.
I had an outfit planned but when it came to putting it on I decided it wasn't what I wanted to wear so I pulled another outfit together and I really liked the result. It was a little more casual but fitted for the evening.
I wore some black skinny trousers with a white chiffon shirt with studs on the collar and put a black t shirt over the top. I attached my Chanel brooch to the shirt and I loved the look.
